Precautions/Advice
หากพบปัญหาจากคุณภาพสินค้า หรือกระเบื้องมีเฉดสี, ขนาดและลวดลายไม่ตรงกัน ให้นำมาเปลี่ยน/คืนทันที ควรเตรียมพื้นผิวด้วยการผสมน้ำยากันซึมเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดความชื้นบริเวณร่องยาแนวหรือผิวกระเบื้อง ก่อนปูกระเบื้องกรณีที่ใช้ปูนทราย ควรนำกระเบื้องไปแช่น้ำสะอาดประมาณ 30-45 นาที ควรปูกระเบื้องเว้นร่องระหว่างแผ่นประมาณ 2-3 มม. ห้ามใช้น้ำที่เป็นกรด, ด่าง และกร่อย จะต้องใช้น้ำสะอาดในการผสมปูนเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้น้ำยาที่เป็นกรด-ด่าง หรือสารเคมีเข้มข้น สัมผัสหรือเช็ดทำความสะอาด หากเกิดความเสียหายจากการไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำเตือน ทางบริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในทุก ๆ กรณี ธรรมชาติของกระเบื้องแต่ละล็อตการผลิตจะมีเฉดสีที่ต่างกัน ดังนั้นควรซื้อกระเบื้องเพิ่ม 5-10% ของจำนวนที่ใช้งาน สำหรับกรณีซ่อมแซมในอนาคต เฉดสีของกระเบื้องแต่ละล็อตการผลิตมีจำนวนจำกัด ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ จะส่งมอบสินค้าที่มีเฉดสีเดียวกันให้แก่ลูกค้าในแต่ละออร์เดอร์การสั่งนั้น ๆ หากซื้อคนละออร์เดอร์ มีโอกาสที่จะได้สินค้าต่างเฉด ต่างล็อตของการผลิต

Delivery terms and conditions
1. Shop via grandhomemart.com. Delivery service is available on demand.
2. Delivery on the specified date usually requires formal payment and has been announced.
3. Delivery of products according to the order number. Products ordered in the same order number may sometimes receive more than 1 type of product.
4. In the case of products with stock ready for sale, the products will be delivered to you by the parcel delivery service or the Grand Home delivery team or the manufacturer within 2-14 days, depending on the product control period.
5. In the case of pre-order products, the products will be delivered to you by the parcel delivery service or the Grand Home delivery team or the manufacturer within 7-15 days. The delivery period may take a long time. 6. Products will be delivered to the address specified in the shipping address only. And will update the address again after receiving the confirmation email regularly.
